The unique setting of Rita’s farm
Come and join us at Rita's farm, a lovely spot in the heart of Tuscany. Set in a traditional Tuscan farmhouse, our cooking classes take place in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere where you can discover the local food traditions. This picturesque farm is located on a scenic hilltop in the beautiful countryside near Montefoscoli, between Pisa, Volterra and San Gimignano.
Meet your expert guide who starts with the visit to the farm and with a brief historical overview, providing you with insights into the rich origins of Tuscan cuisine.

Our vegan cooking classes

Our classes focus on simple, delicious vegan recipes inspired by the history of Tuscan cooking. In the past, people ate what they grew in their farm, and many traditional dishes were naturally vegetarian or vegan.
It’s about timeless tastes: we bring age-old recipes to life in a modern context. Wines included.

Choose 4 dishes to cook and enjoy:

Panzanella: A symphony of flavors in a traditional bread and vegetable salad.
