Discover the Charm of Peccioli and Meet Nicolò's Family
Our young gelato Master lives in the charming town of Peccioli, and together with your private guide, you'll explore this lovely town, discovering its most scenic spots. Along the way, you'll stop at Niccolò's family-run restaurant and pastry shop, a local favorite for generations.
Here, you can meet the family, enjoy some coffee, and soak up the warm, authentic atmosphere.
Create Your Own Gelato with a Master
At the end of your walk, after exploring the town’s history and culture, you’ll head to Nicolò’s gelato workshop.
Nicolò uses only the freshest, seasonal ingredients to craft his gelato. Many of the fruits and ingredients he used come from his own farm. You'll help him create unique flavors and learn the tricks to making high-quality gelato even at home. And of course, you'll taste the gelato you've created.
This gelato reflects a strong connection to local and seasonal ingredients, emphasizing freshness and authenticity.
The experience can end here, or you can make it even more special by combining it with:
• A full lunch at Nicolò's family restaurant
• A visit to a chocolate workshop for an exclusive tasting with the master chocolatier

LOCATION OF ATTRACTIONS:
This tour takes place in the area of Peccioli a small village just 45 minutes from Pisa, 1 hour from Florence, 15 km from Selvatelle, about 20 km from San Gimignano and Montaione.
MEET-UP LOCATION:
Unless differently specified, the tour guide meets you at our office in la Rosa

TRANSPORTATION:
This program and its rates do not include transportation and are set on a self-driving base. For further information see the box "transportation options".
The destinations reached during this activity are in the Tuscan countryside, in areas off the beaten track that cannot be reached by public transport. We highly recommend renting a car or a scooter in order to reach them. As an alternative, we can offer a valued service by chauffeured car, van or minibus. Any cost of transportation is to be added to the rates displayed on the rate table of this page.
