Katiuscia – Agriturismo with restaurant, pool & hunting estate

Katiuscia is one of the most panoramic farmstays in the whole rural area of Tuscany. It is a very large property near Volterra, famous for being a natural hunting reserve. Accommodation is in two large typically Tuscan country houses with apartments of several size and capacity. One of the two buildings has got 4 apartments (with one or two double bedrooms), each with a charming fireplace. On the ground floor of the building is a renowned restaurant specializing in game plates, like wild boars, deer, fasans. Guests can enjoy a breathtaking panorama over Volterra and spectacular Tuscan hills in a veranda equipped with tables and chairs. About half a mile from the first building is a another country cottage with 4 two-bedroom apartments, each with private balcony and garden. Outside the house is a swimming pool serving all the guests of the agriturismo. Other services for guests are a parking area, a children playground, a laundry, some mountain bikes to borrow and a barbecue area. Nature lovers can find a fenced wood with wild animals and a large area with doves.
The location is ideal to reach Volterra (just 10 minutes away), Pisa, San Gimignano and Lucca (about 1 hour) and the Tuscan coast (less than 1 hour).
